The Comfort Faber
When you choose a hood you must keep in mind three essential factors: aesthetics, noise and number of changes of air/hr.
Faber hoods are able to guarantee at least 10 changes of air per hour with a noise level never greater than 55 db (A): this gives you the Comfort Faber. In fact:
• 10 changes of air per hour is the number of times sufficient to ensure the effective evacuation of fumes and odours during cooking
• 55 db(A) is a noise level tolerable to human ears, which for example does not prevent watching tv or does not overpower a quiet conversation
To find out the needed capacity of the hood to effectively change the air of your kitchen, use the following formula:
m² of the kitchen X height of the kitchen X 10 (no. of changes of air/hour) = needed capacity of the hood in cubic meters to have the Comfort Faber
